The exhibition showcases creative and imaginative work being produced by pupils at Ysgol Bro Hyddgen in 2026, who follow examination courses at both GCSE and A Level. Pupils choose to study Art and Design or specialise in Art and Textile Design.

The work on display reflects a range of themes and approaches that pupils are encouraged to respond to individually during their courses of study, and is a selection by pupils from year 10 through to Year 13.

The work also reflects the wide variety of techniques that pupils have the opportunity to develop, which include drawing, painting, collage, mixed media, printmaking, photography, batik, dyeing, applique, fashion and 3D. Artist workshops, visits to local and London galleries and local places of interest provide inspiration for pupils.
