Young Welsh Artists is an annual exhibition established by MOMA Machynlleth to support and promote contemporary art in and from Wales.

Now in its sixth year, MOMA invited young artist and curator, Isaac Peat, to organise the exhibition to showcase the work of artists under 30, either from Wales or currently living and working here. The ten selected artists were not asked to follow a specific theme; instead, they were encouraged to present works that reflect their individual practices, media, and concerns.
The result is a vibrant mix of artworks that capture the breadth and diversity of young contemporary art in Wales, encompassing painting, sculpture, photography, drawing, printmaking, installation, and film.

For the first time, alongside the ten selected artists, individual and selected pieces from other submissions were also invited to exhibit as part of Young Welsh Artists.
