Brothers Owen and Tom Morgan founded the first Bar 44 restaurant in 2002 having fallen in love with Spanish food, drink and culture throughout their formative years. Since then, the Bar 44 group has grown into one of the leading Spanish hospitality companies in Britain and now imports its own brand olives and sherry. Owen is a Certified Sherry Educator and winner of Imbibe Restaurant Personality of the Year 2018.

In this event, they will share fantastic stories from their trips to Spain, sourcing ingredients and discovering new dishes, as featured in their first cookbook Bar 44 Tapas y Copas.
