His books include The Red Tail: Sharing the Seasons with a Hawk and Urban Dreams, Rural Realities. Daniel writes articles for The Telegraph, The Express and Country Living, alongside book reviews for The Guardian.<\/p>\n<p>Daniel\u2019s passion for keeping hawks was compounded by two wild birds, barn owls which nested at his farm and became increasingly tame and familiar with him and his family. The Owl House was published last year and charts his relationship with the birds and the rich wildlife surrounding his home.
