Returns

All deliveries are made by either Royal Mail’s Signed For service, or our dedicated art couriers Mid Wales Freight (for works of art or large items). If you would like to ensure a courier service, please contact us before placing your order.

Your order will, wherever possible, be sent to you in one delivery. If we have to send your order in two or more shipments, you will only be charged the delivery amount quoted to you at the time you place your order.

We aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days of your order being placed and expected delivery is within 3-5 days of dispatch. If there is any delay to dispatching your items, you will be contacted and informed of the revised expected dispatch time, and the reason for the delay.
